Virtual Notary Services

Virtual Notary Services provide convenient online notarization through a secure audio-video platform, allowing documents to be notarized from virtually anywhere. Services include identity verification, witnessing electronic signatures, administering oaths, and notarizing documents electronically to help deter fraud and ensure documents are properly executed in accordance with state law.

Most single-page documents are completed within 15 minutes of the appointment, pending successful identity verification. Under Florida law, identity verification for Remote Online Notarization may include Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) and credential analysis, including biometric identity verification technology.

 

These services are also commonly referred to as Remote Online Notarization (RON).
