E-Filing Services

MDM Notary Services offers E-Filing services for the electronic submission of legal and official documents to courts, government agencies, and other authorized entities through approved online filing systems.

Our E-Filing service fee is $35, plus any applicable court, county, or municipal filing and recording fees. Standard notarial fees may also apply when notarization is required as part of the filing process.

As a Notary Public, I am authorized to perform notarial acts in accordance with Florida law; however, I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and may not provide legal advice, explain legal documents, or assist in the unauthorized practice of law.

Hours: 

Monday, Tuesday:  8:30 am to 8 pm

Wednesday:  8:30 am to 4 pm; 

Thursday & Friday:  8:30 am to 5 pm

Saturday & Sunday:  By Scheduled Appointment Only
